Mountain Paradise is a cozy log cabin with a HUGE glass wall for a stunning wooded view! Enjoy the tall ceilings over the open kitchen and family room area, complete with a stone mantle fireplace. The bedroom is in the upstairs loft with a Jacuzzi bathtub. The hot tub is located on the main level deck, just outside of the living room. Mountain Paradise has a TV in the living room, game room and bedroom. NEW to the cabin is a Roku and Spectrum App you can stream all your favorite tv shows and movies! This cabin has a great location being just minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg. The next door neighbor is our 3 bedroom cabin A Piece of Paradise.

PROVIDED AT YOUR CABIN
- 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
- 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
- 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
- 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
- 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
- 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If
you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen
exchange.

Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling
allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking.
Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.
If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of
booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time.
VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host,
allows for the following:
●A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy
on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the
local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of
the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).
●For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation
policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property
within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are
forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your
payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.
Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.
