Perfect Weekend Get-a-way
What a nice surprise! It looks small from the outside but it's not! A group of 6-7 couples got together for the weekend. It was the perfect cabin set-up for us. Each level has a beautiful view and there are plenty of outdoor chairs to sit and soak it in. The amenities were lovely! Very clean. Each room has it's own en-suite except for the bunk bed room, but there is a full bath two steps from the doorway so it felt it had it's own as well. The game room was impressive and the theater space was spacious enough for everyone to gather (some had to sit on the floor but it was fine). Each level has high ceilings, which adds to the spacious feeling. Also, we were grateful to all fit at the dining room table. The kitchen was impressively organized and well stocked with everything needed to comfortably cook meals. The only hiccup we experienced was walking in and not having the alarm code! However, David was quick to answer and assist us. Once we had turned it off, we heard two other cabin alarms going off as well. So we weren't the only ones disturbing the neighbors. I'd recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. It's also really close to Pigeon Forge. We were only 10-15min away from lots of restaurants/activities.
Delightful Views
My overall experience was great. Picture Perfect was just what it was. The views were great. Even though it was extremely foggy in the mornings it was still beautiful. The cabin was nice. I could have been cleaned alittle better but despite that we enjoyed our stay. Guest services was also great. This was my first time using this company and I think I called about 5 times with questions and each time I got David. He was very patient and professional on each call. I really appreciated that. Customer service is very big with me and he was absolutely fabulous. Thanks again Eden Crest for another wonderful vacation to the mountains.
Picture Perfect
We had 6 couples enjoy the 3-night stay. Loved the décor! There were only a few problems, but we managed--no thermostat on the bottom floor (too cold), the upper floor air conditioning could not keep up (hot up there), for that size house, there was not enough seating for the theatre room (only 6 chairs), and the kitchen needed more lighting. Otherwise, it was truly "Picture Perfect"!! The view was wonderful and the bedrooms very comfortable (loved the fireplaces & Jacuzzi tubs in all the rooms!!). Everyone also loved the size of the kitchen--wonderful for 6 ladies to work in. Had a wonderful time, and we hope to stay again next year!! Thank you for sharing the home with us!
Family reunion
Loved this cabin. The view is great, check in and out was a breeze. It had plenty of room for 20 people. The game room kept the kids busy. The location was perfect, would book it again.
Great Family Cabin!!!
We had a family group of 29 meet in Pigeon Forge to celebrate our father's retirement. Picture Perfect was a wonderful cabin!!! All 6 couples had their own rooms with jetted tubs, fireplaces, and private bathrooms. The main floor king bedroom was huge! It was a perfect fit for our grandparents so they didn't need to climb stairs. There was also a bunk bed room where the kids took turns sleeping and the rest of the children slept on sleeper sofas or reclining chairs and they were completely fine "camping out." The kitchen was large with two coffepots(one being a Keurig) which was a nice option. There were plenty of plates, silverware and Cookware. They could use more bowls for cereal and a broom and vacuum that were accessible would be helpful. The view was beautiful from the back decks! And the gamneroom was a life saver with so many kids. We even had the main floor a/c unit break and maintenance came out to fix it in a timely manner. Overall the cabin was a great meeting place for our large group and we would recommend it to others.
